I am a qualified, accredited counsellor.
I offer individual and couple/family long and short-term counselling in Kent area and online.
My approach is integrative, a multi-model approach, combining various schools of thought and therapy practice.
I believe that every person’s specific needs can be met in a warm, supportive, non-judgmental environment. Having someone to listen to and guide you to different perspectives of seeing things opens doors towards your inner world where all the roots of pain or confusion can be found but where resources for change and personal growing lie also.
I am happy to meet you whether you are looking for a way to know yourself better or improve your connection with others or if you are going through difficult times and can’t find a way to deal with.
We can meet face to face, over the phone or via zoom video sessions.
